Report considering environmental governance issues in Libya.
This report, which focuses on environmental governance in Libya was prepared as part of an EU project intended to create a shared environmental information system in the European neighbourhood. It was undertaken in partnership with Libya’s Environment General Authority but the conflict precluded field visits.
